Design and Consultation
Before a project can be successfully built, it needs a strong foundation in planning and analysis of budgets and scheduling. We pay close attention to the parameters given to us by our clients and strive to provide the best solutions to their needs. Once these have been established, we can proceed to the design phase and eventually to construction.

General Contracting
We can provide your project with services for all construction phase activities. We strictly adhere to scheduling and budgets. Our contracts range from "flat fee" for small or less complex projects to the "time and materials" method for the more complex and evolving projects.

Construction Management
For the client that wants to be involved in the daily construction process, but may not have the time or expertise of a licensed contractor, we offer project management services to help in keeping the project on budget and on time.

Tenant Improvements
Our firm also has a strong background in various tenant improvement projects. They range from offices to restaurants.

Restaurant Improvements
