Atmosphere Design is an interior design firm specializing in commercial and residential design projects. This firm is experienced in all aspects of the profession, including conceptual design, space planning, interior construction documents, and interior design. Furthermore, both principals are personally involved in the design and supervision of every project. Atmosphere Design is committed to innovative, creative and unique designs. Generation of construction documentation and project specifications Solicitation and evaluation of construction costs from general and sub-contractors Coordination with related consultants Project administration including review of construction to ensure that it meets the terms and specifications of the construction documents Liaison between client and general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and vendors Response to on site conditions and delegation of responsibilities to maintain project integrity Provide site visits and construction support Design conceptualization and development of decorative concepts Inventory of existing furniture and equipment to be reused Selection and placement of furniture and fabrics, design and installation of window treatments, lighting, floor finishes and coverings, wall finishes and paint colors, hardware and decorative accessories Shopping for new and antique decorative items and furniture Coordination with fabricators and manufacturers Administration of design purchases and installation Bilingual capability (English/Spanish)
